RPA DEVELOPER (DHS OR SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED)

NorthHill Technology Resources has a need for a RPA Developer to support a newly-awarded DHS Program.  This role is fully remote, though there may be occasional trips to Springfield, VA for implementations.  It is a direct-hire role with our client, a fast-growing Federal Integrator.  Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship and an active DHS EOD or DOD Secret Clearance is required.

RPA Developer

Task Description:

As an RPA developer, you will support the development, configuration, and integration of new RPA solutions, in addition to the operations and maintenance of existing components in the TSA HR technology stack. RPA plays a significant role in the TSA solution and this role will support not only new components but refactoring of existing components for efficiency, compliance, and performance. Activities include designing, developing and configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system enhancements and updates. The RPA technologies are Kofax and UIPath but you will have the opportunity to work across multiple technologies in agile team setup and will collaborate with functional analysts and client users.
  • Development and configuration – 60%
  • Troubleshooting issues – 20%
  • Testing support and execution – 10%
  • Design and Documentation – 10%

Required skills/Level of Experience:
Education / Experience requirements:
Level 3: Minimum 5 to 7 years experience + Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Associate degree +2 years experience; 6 years experience; or relevant professional certification); Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience. Experience in large and complex IT projects, preferably in the Human Capital space – 3+ years
  • Experience with RPA tools, preferably Kofax and UIPath – 3+ years
  • Agile certification
  • Experience developing and executing unit test scripts, troubleshooting issues, supporting user acceptance testing, and creating technical designs – 3+ years
  • Proven ability to learn and adopt new technologies
Preferred skills:
  • Experience with full stack development, especially with Python – 3+ years
  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD
  • Experience with human capital systems, especially in support of Federal customers
  • Experience working with SAFE
