Knowledge Manager (w/ SharePoint Experience)

Job Summary

 

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Knowledge Manager to orchestrate the flow of information within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to capture, store, and disseminate valuable intellectual capital, ensuring the right information is accessible to the right people at the right time. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, enhancing our overall operational efficiency.

 

As a Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Knowledge Management (KM) framework and strategy. This requires strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee all aspects of our knowledge systems. A key part of the role involves strategy and oversight. You will develop and implement a comprehensive KM framework, which includes overseeing the creation, maintenance, and organization of all knowledge bases and documentation systems.  Furthermore, content management & collaboration are critical components of the position. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify, capture, and validate critical information, ensuring accuracy and relevance across the organization. 

 

It is vital for you to promote a positive culture & productive engagement environment. You will be expected to promote knowledge-sharing behaviors and ensure employees understand and utilize available KM tools and processes, fostering an environment where sharing information is valued and intuitive. Finally, the role demands a data-driven approach to analysis and improvement. You will monitor and analyze knowledge usage metrics to assess the effectiveness of KM initiatives and implement improvements based on your findings. 

 

 

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting intelligence analysis knowledge management
  • 3+ years of experience with SharePoint and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience as a Knowledge Manager or in a similar information management role.
  • Experience with knowledge management platforms and content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow).
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand, documented resources.
  • Experience using project management tools to manage intelligence production
  • Ability to develop, benchmark, analyze, and track key production metrics
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment with an editorial team
  • Possesses excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Management, or a related field (a CKM certification is a plus).

 

Nice If You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with common data science programming languages
  • 3+ years of experience supporting business process analysis and improvement
  • Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools for project management
