SENIOR VOICE ENGINEER (CI POLYGRAPH REQUIRED)
Chantilly, VA · Information TechnologyNorthHill Technology Resources has a need for a Senior Voice Engineer to support a Federal IC Program in Chantilly, VA. This is a direct-hire role with our client, a growing Federal Integrator. Excellent compensation and benefits. Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
- Designs and defines system architecture for Mission Voice Platforms (MVP). To include cross site NETS and IP Spans
- Participate in launch ICE and dress rehearsals.
- Provision instruments, support call scheduling, end-point troubleshooting, real-time launch console support, and end-user training
- Tier 3 Network support of Cisco and Juniper equipment in support of Mission Critical Voice CAN/LAN/WAN
- Develop and document Mission Critical Voice SOPs for engineers and Knowledge Base articles for end-users
- Work with industry providers from other Government agencies and commercial providers to ensure seamless call performance
- Reviews completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management and/or clients
