One of our premier clients is looking for Site Support Analyst, to join the company as a full-time employee who is a motivated individual, to provide operations support, troubleshooting and training at one of their client's Denver locations for a large and complex mission operations system. To be considered for this role you must have an active TS/SCI with CI Poly level security clearance.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain professional working relationship with Site stakeholders that includes
ops, Government leadership, mission leadership and Tier 1 & 2 support. Work and address problems
with various program developers. Coordinate with operators to ensure issues are fixed.
• Possess fundamental knowledge of the Linux ecosystem, to include the REDHAT operating system and
mission applications. Troubleshoot network, filesystem, SAN and other issues related to large
enterprise operational systems. Diagnose problems on a hardware level including but not limited to
network connectivity, issues with power and disk replacement.
• Provide initial training when new technologies and applications are introduced to the program to
OPs and lower tiers. Provide continuous and fundamental training to Tier 1 & 2 support.
• Provide resource support to other Program(s) when performing the semi-weekly Engineering Test
Support Requests (ETSR) and Testing Integration Plan (TIP) timeframes. Gain understanding of what
resources are needed in order to communicate those requests to the mission OPs floor.
• Work and gain proficiency with multiple ticketing systems in the IC. Site and Program developers
use different systems, so it is the responsibility of the Site Support Engineer to ensure that when
the workflow starts at the operation level, the problem is delivered to the correct resolution
provider.
• Other duties as assigned based on mission and operational needs.
Technical Requirements:
• Previous experience in SIGINT operations support and training is required
• Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot operations issues; coordinating with developers/operators for quick resolution
• Excellent communication skills, working closely with various Site(s) personnel including briefing senior leadership and working with the various OPs floors
• Possess mid-level understanding of Linux/REDHAT, to include how Kubernetes is utilized.
• Possess basic level understanding of networking. Experience with Juniper products a plus.
• Availability and willingness for 24/7 call-in support
• Be able to generate Operations guides and procedures, as well as data collection, manipulation and reporting

Education:
• Basic signals analysis training plus minimum 5+ years of experience working on the OPS floor and/or supporting mission operations
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science related field is a bonus but not required.
Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly required.
