CLOUD OPERATIONS SOLUTIONS DEVELOPER (TS/SCI CLEARANCE REQUIRED)

NorthHill Technology Resources has a need for a Cloud Operations Solutions Developer to support a Federal Program in Springfield, VA.  This is a direct-hire role with our client, a fast-growing Federal Integrator.  An active TS/SCI Clearance is required, will sponsor for CI Polygraph within first year.
 

Cloud Operations Solutions Developer

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of development experience.
  • Compliance with DoW 8570 IAT Level II requirements (Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project milestones and objectives.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to gather and implement integration requirements.
  • Partner with Security teams to ensure solutions meet accreditation standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in developing Grafana dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Go programming language.
  • Experience integrating with application APIs for metrics collection.
  • Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
  • Strong scripting skills (Shell scripting preferred, basic Python knowledge is a plus)
  • Proficient in RedHat Linux.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps/CI tools, particularly GitLab CI.
  • AWS service integration experience, including Lambda, EC2, S3, etc..
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
