The ideal candidate will have completed multiple USACE, NAVFAC, or DoD projects, have strong claims/change-management scheduling experience. Position Requirements:

5+ years of construction scheduling/project controls experience

3+ years of advanced Oracle Primavera P6 experience

Experience developing CPM schedules from plans, specifications, procurement requirements, and the project execution strategy

At least three previous construction schedules for projects of similar size and complexity using Primavera P6

Strong understanding of CPM/PDM logic, critical path, float, constraints, calendars, and schedule health

Federal construction experience, preferably USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, or similar agencies

Experience with cost-loaded schedules

Ability to develop and manage baseline schedules, monthly updates, look-ahead schedules, recovery schedules, and schedule narratives

Experience performing Time Impact Analyses (TIAs), fragnet development, delay analysis, and modification impact evaluations

Ability to integrate design, submittals, Government review periods, procurement, long-lead equipment, construction, testing, commissioning, and closeout into the CPM schedule

Experience with USACE RMS/QCS and SDEF integration would be a significant advantage

Ability to work directly with PMs, Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and Government personnel to obtain and validate schedule information

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain schedule impacts and risks to both field personnel and senior management
