NorthHill Technology Resources is seeking an entry-level Advisory Analyst  who can function in a highly collaborative environment for a government agency.  The Advisory Analyst will provide support on the dissemination of mission critical advisories to the public workforce system.
You must have a keen attention to detail and feel comfortable with work that could be mundane at times.  You must demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills, have a team orientation, an adaptable nature and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationship.

•             Convert Documents to 508 compliant PDF
•             Ensure that all advisories are compliant with the Advisory template
•             Coordinate the with internal/ External stakeholders to post Advisories
•             Submit Huddle list announcement
•             Send internal notifications regarding the status of advisories signed by the Assistant Secretary
•             Send the GovDelivery blast to disseminate Advisories to the workforce system
•             Review and approve advisories to go live on the Advisory Website
•             Catalogue and label advisories in accordance with established procedures
•             Archive advisories in accordance with the records schedule
•             Review records to ensure that they are complete and accurate
•             Update and maintain the GovDelivery Database
•             Provide backup desk coverage for OPDR phones
•             Preform web content management services (i.e. updating the Advisory Tool kit and the Advisory Website)
•             File posted signed advisories
•             Update the status of Advisories as needed

•             Bachelor’s Degree 
•             Superb MS Office software skills, especially Word
•             Strong attention to detail
•             Skilled at prioritization and multitasking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
US Citizenship Required
