NorthHill Technology Resources is hiring a SharePoint/PowerApp Developer to support a DOD Program in Arlington, VA.

Location: 3 days per week hybrid in Arlington, VA

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint/PowerApp Developer to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing SharePoint and PowerApp solutions, as well as a strong understanding of Agile Development methodologies and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SharePoint and PowerApp solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Design and implement solutions that meet business needs
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
• Participate in Agile Development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer
• 3+ years of experience in SharePoint and PowerApp development
• Experience in development within .NET Core
• Strong understanding of Agile Development methodologies
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis
• Experience working with DoD clients is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• DoD 8570 IAT II certification
• DoD Computing Environment certification
