POSITION TITLE

Senior Manager, Marketing Operations 

YOUR ROLE
The position of Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will play a key role in building and operating the marketing function to ensure the success of an everything-to-help solution where the needs of the Aging, their families and their caretakers are made frictionless, enabling a more dignified, connected and fulfilling aging journey. This individual will have deep expertise in marketing project and campaign planning, creative production process management, technology infrastructure including marketing automation, and analytics/reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Create and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinate work streams, track progress, and ensure obstacles are addressed
• Manage marketing automation platform performance and optimize processes as well as evaluate new technologies and process enhancements to improve and optimize marketing efforts
• Work with marketing team members to run experiments such as A/B tests on CTAs, subject lines, and landing pages
• Generate analytics on marketing performance, including ownership of KPI dashboard
• Manage vendor and agency relationships
• Bring a can-do approach to building a team from scratch and rolling up sleeve to get the work done
• Approach problem-solving with a human-centered lens

WHAT YOU BRING
• Minimum of 5 years total relevant work experience in technical marketing or marketing operations roles
• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365 Marketing
• Expertise in project management including developing process and leveraging software
• Expertise in campaign creation, segmentation, experimentation, lead scoring, attribution models and related best practices
• Extreme attention to detail – you love the magic of letting nothing fall through the cracks
• Bachelor’s degree
• Passion for process improvement and proven ability to deliver on responsibilities
• Strong written, spoken and listening communication skills
• Experience working within startups and contributing to their rapid growth

• Provide timely feedback to department heads
