SharePoint Administrator/Developer (US Citizens/Federal Govt. Project/Relocation)

NorthHill Technology Resources has an urgent need for a SharePoint Administrator/Developer to support a Federal Program in Chambersburg, VA.  This is a direct-hire role with our client, a fast-growing Federal Integrator.  Excellent compensation, benefits and company culture.  This role requires US Citizenship and will sponsor for a DOD Secret Clearance.

Project Role:  SharePoint Administrator/Developer


This role is an onsite position and will follow a 4/10 schedule (4 days/week 10 hours/day) from 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM.


Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance (IT-II background checks)



Desired Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field or 3-5 years’ experience in information technology.
  • Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint Online and Power Platform, such as Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate.
  • CompTIA Security+ CE or ability to obtain within 6 months


Desired Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online and Power Platform development, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and functionality.
  • Experience in designing and developing SharePoint Online solutions, including workflows, web parts, custom forms, and customizations.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.



  • At least 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint Online and Power Platform development.
  • Experience in designing and implementing SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions for business requirements.
  • Experience in developing solutions for business automation, process improvement, and productivity enhancement.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues with SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.
