The Program Manager will provide indispensable, day-to-day leadership of the processes necessary to govern the program. This position will report to the D/PM to address the needs of the day, and wherever possible address issues that enable the D/PM to more successfully fulfill their roles.
These activities may include:
- Ensuring the proper prioritization of customer requirements such that deadlines are met and the customer’s expectations are exceeded
- Serving as a technical project manager for high-interest or critical projects that may fall outside the domain of other leaders
- Maintaining a productive working relationship with SETA contractors on the government team, as directed by the D/PM
- Gaining a familiarity with the key subcontractors POCs to facilitate rapid and effective communication
- Overseeing the efforts of assigned administrative support, who perform a variety of duties such as program information management, data organization and retention, data entry, and general administrative support. Overseeing these functions is critical to the proper functioning of the program as is spans over multiple locations and industry subcontractors. The administrative support provides a wide range of direct office support for technical and official functions, appointment coordination, composition of correspondence, tracking and monitoring of various data sets and initiatives, documenting travel requests, and developing and maintaining records
- The Program Manager will establish and oversee both strategic and tactical action processes
- This position will not have fiscal responsibilities, but will oversee the production of periodic reports, highlights, and will participate in various Zeta-led team activities focused on tradecraft and on solving specific mission challenges

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering required
- Must have IC experience in technical accomplishment and leadership, discretion, superior teamwork abilities, and sound judgement in dealing with government and industry partners.
- Must exhibit a positive and collegial demeanor and interact in a professional manner with customers and coworkers.
- At least 10 years of related experience required
CLEARANCE: Minimum of an active Top Secret clearance is required. TS/SCI w/CI Poly is highly preferred.
